Luciana Ranieri Zangari is a licensed attorney in São Paulo, Brazil, and a Foreign Legal Consultant in Florida, USA. With extensive experience in International Law, Estate and Succession Planning, and Family Law, she provides tailored legal solutions that address both cross-border and domestic complexities. She holds qualifications in International Law from the Université de Louvain (Belgium – 2022), expertise in International Relations from Universidad de Chile (Chile – 2000), and a degree in Law from United Metropolitan Colleges (Brazil – 1996).

She is also the co-owner and founder of Ranieri e Zangari Advogados Associados in Brazil. Her authorship includes co-authoring the books We, Women, Vol. 6 and Emotions Family, both published by Oficina do Livro Editora. She also authored the Estate and Succession Planning Manual for Brazilians with Assets Abroad.

In recognition of her work, Luciana received the Woman Hidden Gem award in 2008 and contributed to the book São Paulo – Sua História e Seus Monumentos – Destaques e Personalidades, at the invitation of the Academia Brasileira de Arte, Cultura e História. In addition to his role in Florida, Marcello is also the co-owner and founder of Ranieri e Zangari Advogados Associados, a prominent law firm in Brazil established in 1998. He holds a law degree from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (1997 – Brazil) and is registered with the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section under nº 158.093. Marcello further specialized in Real Estate, Tax, and Civil Procedure Law at the same institution. His extensive experience also extends to entrepreneurship and strategic advisory, where he has developed a strong reputation for innovation and results. His practice includes business plan development, asset and equity acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures, particularly in complex cross-border transactions.
